I'm Kaitlin, your holistic strength coach and biggest cheerleader!

I'm a holistic strength coach with a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science and a Masters in High Performance Sports.

My love for holistic health began at a young age as I actively engaged in a variety of sports throughout my childhood and teenage years.

It was in 2016 that I began my career in the fitness industry and since then, I have successfully trained and mentored hundreds of clients to achieve transformational results that span far beyond the physical.

— The all or nothing mindset, you are not alone

When I was younger I had an all or nothing approach to exercise and nutrition. I was an athlete that put my training and nutrition first, leading to success in my sporting career, however I was not living a holistic, balanced lifestyle and other areas of my life suffered.

As I began to study and learn more about the health and fitness industry, exercise science, strength programming, mindset, and through my own trials and errors, I began to understand the benefits of balance and holistic health.

There are a multitude of factors that positively impact my well-being and when I work towards giving equal energy to all parts, I ultimately live a more purposeful life.

A life that brings me back to the connection of my being and core values, so that I can live in tune with who I really am. Here, I am able to bring my best self to the world.

Your journey towards the embodiment of balance is one that will not be linear, nor will there ever be an end destination.

The ebs and flows of life presents the challenge of constant adjustment in our personal lives and with that, comes a necessity for deep-rooted principles that can be relied upon in times of judgement.
